Charles Delaney  President, CGD Consulting, LLC (International & Domestic Real Estate Consulting); BA Pace University, Mini MBA Global Business, Penn State University. Thirty-two year career with Southern Bell Telephone, New York Telephone, AT&T and Lucent Technologies. Charlie held various positions in marketing, sales, corporate services and domestic & international real estate. Mr. Delaney is a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. He is also a Somerset County, New Jersey Certified Substitute Teacher.

Lori Delaney Pesetsky Lori is a Benefits Specialist for Kids In Distress, Inc. She manages the benefits and welfare package for a 240 employee non-profit social service agency for abused and at-risk children.  BA in Sociology, University of Florida.

Anthony Catanese – Tony has an MA from The Catholic University of America, an MFA from Brooklyn College and a Certificate from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy. He is a Master Teacher at Graland Country Day School in Denver and served on the task force to create the K-12 Theatre Standards for the State of Colorado. Tony is the recipient of the Best Educator and the Community Service Leadership Awards from the Alliance for Colorado Theatre. In addition to his role as an educator for the past twenty-five years, Tony is also an active member of the Denver theatre community as an actor, director and choreographer.

Janice Labovites
  – Retired Social Worker. Thirty-five year career in child placement and adoption. Currently, Welfare Chair and Recording Secretary of the Philoptochos Society of Saint Sophia Greek Orthodox Cathedral, Washington, D.C. (Philanthropic organization).  AB in Psychology, Clark University, Worcester, MA; M.S. in Social Service, Boston University School of Social Work, Boston, MA.

Brian Magory
– Senior Vice President, Johnson Controls Inc. Real Estate Services. Brian is responsible for Strategic Alliance and Strategic Consulting Services to service corporate holdings; provides real estate strategic consulting solutions and account management for domestic and international business; is responsible for management and oversight of Agilent Technologies Alliance accounts throughout North America, Europe, Asia/Pacific and Caribbean Latin America in addition to domestic accounts in NJ and Eastern PA. He is the corporate New Jersey Broker of Record. Previously he was a Director of International Real Estate Lucent & AT&T.
